+ What brands do you sell?
Our major brands are Dethleffs, Sunlight, Frankia and of course UCC built motorhomes. We also have a constantly changing range of trade in vehicles of various brands.
+ Do you do trade ins?
Yes, we do. We will consider any good condition motorhome or caravan as a trade. There is an age limit for us to be able to offer mechanical insurance on any used motorhome though that will influence our decision.
+ Do you do on behalf sales?
We do offer the option to sell your motorhome or caravan “on behalf”. Contact our Sales Team to discuss this option.
+ Can you fix my motorhome or caravan?
We have a well-equipped workshop and great team of technicians that can undertake almost any type of repair or upgrade to your motorhome or caravan. The only exception is a mechanical (engine) service and Panel & Paint repairs. Our priority is always to look after our existing customers first.
+ Will you show me how everything works?
We budget a minimum of 2 hours showing you how everything works in your new purchase. We want you to drive away feeling comfortable that you can get the most out of your new vehicle. We also provide a phone number that you can call should you need any assistance when you are out enjoying your motorhome or caravan.
+ What happens if I need help when I am away in my motorhome or caravan?
In the first instance please contact our after-sales service support. If we cannot solve the challenge over the phone, we will direct you to the nearest location where you will be able to receive assistance

UCC has NZMCA qualified Self containment Officers on staff who can take care of issuing or renewing your self-containment.
